Fees

Film fee

One time film fee of $35 to setup custom logo. As long as you do not change the logo design, you do not need to pay the film fee again for your reorder.

Shipping fee

Shipping fee has to be paid by customer from zip 90670 to customer's shipping address

Additional Logo Color fee

Colors used for logo embroidery must to be 1 or 2 colors. If you need 3 or more colors for your logo, please check "3 or More colors needed for logo" check box at the bottom of this page.

Time Frame

Production time

1 week for sample production + review & feedback, 1 week for total production. We start sample production after we receive order and full payment

Delivery time

You will receive the customized wristbands in *about* 3 weeks for few hundreds pieces of order *after* order and full payment are received

Logo has to be simple and small especially on this 1" wristband

Embroidery Size

We will make the logo as large as possible, but please note that you are going to embroider on the 1" wristband. Embroidery space on the wristband is VERY limited

After we receive your order, we will make 1 pc of real sample and email you the picture for your approval before bulk production

Sales policy for custom order

All custom items are final sales. Once we start total production for custom order, the order cannot be changed or canceled. Custom order can not be returned for refund.

Shipping Method

Custom order will be shipped out directly from our factory in Taiwan via EMS (Post Office International Express Mail), but the shipping fee customer has to pay is from our warehouse in Santa Fe Springs, California to your shipping address. When order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number
