As I am a very heavy sweater around the hair line and face. These have made my life a little more simpler. I had to carry hand towles every where I went to dabb the sweat from my face continuesly I still have to dabb but maybe once or twice through the day instead of every few minutes. I love the headbans they are just the right width and absorbentsy and they are stylish also. I give them 5 STARS
