Film fee

One time film fee of $35 to setup custom text. As long as you do not change the word or the font type, you do not need to pay the film fee again for your reorder.

Time Frame

Shipping fee has to be paid by customer from zip 90670 to customer's shipping address

Production and Delivery

Production time

1 week for sample production + review & feedback, 1 week for total production. We start sample production after we receive order and full payment

Delivery time

You will receive the customized headbands in about 3 weeks for few hundreds pieces of order *after* order and payment are received

Sales policy for custom order

All custom items are final sales. Once we start total production for custom order, the order cannot be changed or canceled. Custom order can not be returned for refund.

Shipping Method

Custom order will be shipped out directly from our factory in Taiwan via EMS (Post Office International Express Mail), but the shipping fee customer has to pay is from our warehouse in Santa Fe Springs, California to your shipping address. When order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number
